Dunns Strata are the strata manager for the Community Scheme and the strata managers for all strata schemes within the Kings Bay Estate. The Strata Managers works alongside the Estate Manager to ensure the efficient maintenance and operation of the Kings Bay Estate. They are the governing body and next level of service from the Estate Manager and their responsibilities include:
