The Estate Manager’s office is located on-site in “The Terraces” carpark, off Myler Street.  

The Estate Manager ensures the efficient maintenance and operation of Kings Bay Estate.

Responsibilities include:

• management, maintenance repair of common property
• supervision of contractors working on common property
• controlling the use of common property by tradespeople, suppliers (e.g. removalists) and other non-residents
• monitoring the observance of by-laws
• overseeing Estate security (incl. security cameras, control of key and access systems).
