Kings Bay Estate is a Community Scheme and the Community Association (i.e. the Owners’ Corporation of Community Scheme DP270206) has the responsibility for the primary management of Kings Bay Estate.
The Community Association’s Executive Committee is comprised of representatives from each Owners’ Corporation of the Strata schemes within our community: namely “The Edward”, “The George”, “The William” and “The Terraces”. A representative from the Torrens Title owners is also an Executive Committee member.
The Management Statement of the Community Association exists to allow all residents to enjoy their own homes and the community’s facilities, as well as ensure the standards and qualities of the estate are maintained for the mutual benefit of owners, residents and their guests. Copies of the Management Statement are available upon request from the Strata Manager.
